This fryer features 9200 watts of heating power for outstanding cooking potential, and each pot can hold up to 15 lbs. of oil so you can fry two different foods at once. For easy cleaning, this fryer comes with swing-up heating elements located below the baskets. The element control housing includes a spring-loaded support rod to secure the elements when they're raised, and the fry pots themselves are removable so you can quickly wash them down. In the event of element overheating, a manual reset safety thermostat will shut off the power to keep the operator safe.
