The charbroiler is constructed of stainless steel for durability and ease of cleaning. It also features an ON/OFF control valve for infinite heat adjustment and can be sloped or flattened for versatility. The whole unit is mounted on 4" steel legs for stability. The Wells HDCB-3630G-LP Charbroiler is the perfect addition to any commercial kitchen. With a 36" wide cooking area and 120,000 BTU, it's capable of cooking up burgers, chicken, and other delicious foods quickly and efficiently. The cast iron burners provide excellent heat-up and cool-down, while the cast iron radiants help reduce flare-ups. Each burner also features an adjustable air shutter for optimal combustion.
