With its programmable auto-lift function, this fryer also automatically removes food from the oil after a set period of time, and you can save up to seven different cook times and temperatures for consistent results across your menu. And thanks to its solid state controls, this fryer is incredibly easy to use. The pot is made of spun stainless steel and can hold up to 55 lbs. of oil, while the nickel-plated perforated basket has a detachable handle to make it easy to insert and remove from the fryer. It comes with automatic oil temperature control for consistency, and the flat bar element is made of stainless steel for long-lasting durability. The Wells WFAE55F programmable auto lift electric floor fryer is CE, UL, and NSF Listed. It must be hard-wired; it does not come with a cord and plug.
