It will be properly packaged for shipping ES8003G-C EdgeSwitch 3-Port GigE Industrial Managed Ethernet Switch ES8003G Hardened, 3-port GigE Industrial Managed Ethernet Switch with SiteVu and 2 SFP sockets installed in a EMAS01 case The ES8003G-C is a 3-port GigE industrial Managed Ethernet switch with SiteVu[tm] Secure, deploying the latest in reliability and security for harsh environments on the perimeter of the network where edge devices are connected. The eSmartES switches are ideal for building a switched, hardened, Ethernet network infrastructure, connecting edge devices such as SCADA telemetry radios, programmable logic controllers, and cameras with upstream switches or routers. The ES8003G-C EdgeSwitch features the Westell Edge Operating System (WEOS) which includes SiteVu Secure, secure web management GUI and CLI interfaces, SNMP v2/v3 management, tag-based VLANs, IGMP snooping and IGMPL2 multicast management, port security, and Link OAM (EFM, 802.3ah). The ES8003G-C can be configured with three 10/100/1000Mb copper ports, two 100FX/GigE optical ports and one copper port, or a combination of the types. Two Small Form Pluggable (SFP) sockets are provided for optical deployment. The ES8003G-C is Auto SFP equipped with SFP diagnostics and environmental data. The ES8003G-C also has an RS-232 craft port and an Ethernet management port, both accessible at the front panel. The SiteVu Secure telemetry features include display of the unit's internal temperature with high/low temperature alarms, input voltage level and A/B voltage source monitoring. When installed in a SiteVu-enabled mounting, the external temperature can be tracked, and there are four external telemetry inputs for monitoring doors, rectifiers, high water detectors and other dry contact inputs.
