Up for auction is another great cellar find. I have a Retired Western Electric Panel Meter. This meter is cased with a very clear acrylic which allows you to see the working mechanisms from the top and around the circumference. It is Model 391 KS- 14491 -DB+ and measures 3 3/8 across the face and 2 3/4 across the base and two inches deep including the five brass connector posts with the original nuts and washers. There are two soldered connections with a red and blue wire soldered to them respectively. It has been kept in a plastic oyster container to protect it. PLEASE LOOK CAREFULLY AT THE PHOTOGRAPHS.
