used Westinghouse plate transformer, fosterite treated. Rated 115VAC, 49/65 Hz Primary, 4600 Volts secondary. Untested but I measured .5 ohms on the terminals inside the round protrusion (input), and 26 ohms on the two grouped terminals (output). I believe the third terminal is ground.  Measures 5 1/2" by 4 1/2" by 4" thick. Weight is 6 1/2 lbs.
