Weston Instruments Division 614 foot-candle meter. Very nice, working meter. The instruction page inside the cover is in perfect condition - no stains or tears. The rivets holding the instruction page are clean with no rust This is a very nice vintage piece of working technology. The photos show the light intensity while the pictures were taken.
