I do not offer refunds on any item unless it is GROSSLY misrepresented or the wrong item shipped. If shipping damaged has occurred I will work with you to get you a new item or a refund while I process a claim. All items must be inspected within 24hrs of delivery. I must be notified within 24hrs of any shipping damage (shippers rules, not mine). Pictures of the shipping box & damaged item must be forwarded to me within the 24hrs of delivery. If a buyer returns an item for any other reason than the above & a refund is given it will only be for the cost of the item. Shipping and Handling is nonrefundable. Restocking and other fees will be charged where applicable. If there is a problem, we can work together to resolve the problem.
