Wheeler Rex 3890 Hydraulic Pipe Cutter Heavy Duty 30" Chain Used, Head is in good working condition to cut pipes up to 12" but chain split in two as shown in pictures and the usable part of the chain is only 30" and therefore only can cut pipes from 4" to 7", however you can repair the split part of the chain with a link.
