Wheeler Mfg. Manual Pipe Cutter This pipe cutter is a little on the old side but remains in good working condition. It measures approximately 43" tall and the chain is approximately 26" long. It weighs just over 20 pounds. There is a little bit of surface rust in a few places. I oiled the whole cutter up and everything actuates just fine. The cutters are all in good condition.
