These lights were purchased for installation on a public safety vehicle but never mounted. The boxes were opened and the contents were checked, but we never fitted the lights to the vehicle because we ended up choosing another vendor for the application. The Whelen Lights in question are as new, in box, but the boxes have been opened. No brackets are included. These lights sell for $600+ dollars from dealers. We're asking $500 for what is essentially a brand new light in an open box. I have four available. Description Follows: PIONEER FLOOD LIGHTHEAD Whelen Pioneer™ Model # PFA2 shall be provided. The 80 watt +12v DC Pioneer lighthead shall incorporate Super-LED® dual flood light installed in a die-cast white powder coated aluminum housing. The PFA2 configuration shall consist of 60 white Super-LEDs, a clear optic collimator/metalized reflector assembly, and a clear non-optic polycarbonate lens. The Pioneer flood light shall have 7,400 usable lumens. The lens/reflector assembly shall utilized a liquid injected molded silicone gasket to be resistant to water, moisture, dust, and other environmental conditions. The hard coated lens shall provide extended life/luster protection against UV and chemical stresses. The PFA2 shall be shall be vibration resistant. The Pioneer PC boards shall be conformal coated for additional protection. Two breathable membrane patches shall be installed to the bottom of the housing to maintain a consistent internal pressure. The PFA2 shall have extended LED operation with low current consumption and low operating temperature. The PFA2 shall be furnished with a 20’ 4/C 16GA input cable. The Pioneer shall have the ability to flash as a secondary warning light in the “Clearing Right of Way” mode when installed with an external flasher, model number PFLASH, purchased separately. The Pioneer light shall be SAE 1113-42 compliant and Class 5 testing for EMI. The PFA2 is covered by a five year factory warranty. Mounting options are purchased separately.
