It has a Shore A Hardness rating of 50 for flexibility, and it is translucent for visual inspection of fluids. It has an operating temperature range of -150 to +500 degrees F and is sterilizable with steam or gas for repeated use. This white tubing meets National Sanitation Foundation NSF-51 standards for food equipment material.
