This is a W. A. WHITNEY No. 1 lever type punch. This works by closing the 2 handles together, which pushes the punch through the die. Very fast, great for shop fab or job site installs. No electricity needed.      Produces 7 1/2 tons of pressure.      Capacity is 1/2" diameter hole through 3/16" carbon steel.      The punch comes with a 9/16" diameter punch and die.       Tryed it on the sheet metal stock shown. You can punch a single hole or do nibbling to do a slot. Punch & die in good condition.      Other punches and dies are available from Whitney. Sizes from 1/16" to 9/16" diameters.      Throat depth: 2".      Overall length is 32".      I would say condition is minimum good, to very good.                     >>>>> I will be listing more punches & dies soon. <<<<<       Thanks for looking...
