2010UD6G.13.40New Sanyo Denki, Ball Bearing, 2 Phase, 42MM Sq. (1.65 inch sq.), 5.3 OHM, 1.8 Degree Step (200 Steps per Revolution), Stepper / Stepping Motors, Part Number 103H5208-10U41.  Each bid quantity is for a Factory Tray of (20) Motors.  You may bid / buy any number, up to the total quantity available above. These were purchased at an industrial auction recently, and they are brand new in the original factory trays.  We are not experts in stepping motors and their applications, but we found a datasheet (excerpts below) from an authorized Sanyo Denki supplier.  Please verify the information.  Best we can determine, they are designed to be powered with 24V DC current, and can be used with BSD-01P, BSD-13G, BSD-02, & BSD-02LH drivers (possibly others). These motors appear to be superbly well made, and they are no doubt very expensive when purchased retail.  The ends are made of thick, precision milled aluminum, with screw holes at each corner for mounting.  The black center portion of the motor is steel, as is the pulley.  The wire colors are red, black, yellow, blue, white, and orange. Note: Default shipping will be Parcel Post in the factory Styrofoam trays as shown.  However, you may also select shipment in a Priority Mail medium flat-rate box (faster & cheaper) at eBay checkout.  Flat-rate orders will be carefully oriented and tightly packed in crumpled paper without the Styrofoam tray. According to the calipers Overall length (including pulley):  2.120" Housing length (excluding pulley & shaft):  1.610" Width:  1.655" Shaft diameter:  .195" Clearance between pulley & housing:  .135" Pulley outer diameter:  .704" front / .710" back Pulley inner diameter:  .517" Pulley teeth:  21 Pulley outer width:  .360 Pulley inner width:  .275" Threads:  #4-40 x .500" deep, spaced 1.230" OC (on centers) *Note: The mounting holes of these motors are the coarser #4-40 threads.  They are not M3 x 0.5, as shown in the factory drawing.  Very fine threads in aluminum tend to strip easily, so the manufacturer apparently improved the motor design and neglected to upgrade their drawing. According to the label on the motor: TYPE 103H5208-10U41 5.3 Ohm, 1.8 Degree Step Lot No. 10514 SANYO DENKI Made in Japan According to the manufacturer: NEMA 17 - SIZE 42mm 1.8deg, 200 steps per revolution in Full Step Mode. Manufactured by Sanyo Denki CO, Ltd. It offers up to 59 oz-in of holding torque in small NEMA 17 frame. Single, round shaft, long enough for easy mounting of any flexible coupling or timing-belt pulley. This is very powerfull motor for NEMA 17 frame. Includes connecting cable terminated with socket matching Sanyo Denki drivers. This socket may be easily modified or completely removed. Please pay attention to presented wiring diagram as original cable has crossed wires. To avoid mistakes follow the colors instead of number. *Note: The mounting holes of these motors are the coarser #4-40 threads.  They are not M3 x 0.5, as shown in the factory drawing.  Very fine threads in aluminum tend to strip easily, so the manufacturer apparently improved the motor design and neglected to upgrade their drawing.
