Original estate fresh untested WICO B1 magneto for a single cylinder gas engine.  Magneto seems to be very solid with no cracks, breaks, or repairs that I can see and is much better than most of the B1's I've seen or had.  It turns ok but is a bit stiff.  It mounts on a 2 inch square hole pattern and the mounting holes have good threads in them. It has the original serial/name tag on it.  It should be a good core for a rebuilder but may have spark with a little cleaning or adjusting.  I haven't tested it.  Let the pictures be your guide.  I can be reached at 262 573 193 1  if you'd like to talk about it.  Good Luck.
