The machine can apply a coating speed of 39" (1m)/per minute with a maximum coating width of 13" (330mm) and thickness of 0.3oz/10ft2 (8g/m?). The coating cost is US$0.02/Per Letter or A4 size paper, with a power consumption of 1200W and power supply of 110V 50HZ. The gross machine weight is 88Lb (40kg) with machine dimensions of 23x21x17" (600mmx550mmx440mm). The extrusion coater is specially made for protecting laser, ink jet photo paper, coated paper, back adhesive paper, or other stuff after printing. It can protect photos, cards, posters, and other materials, making them humidity, liquid, and heat resistant, and UV resistant, enhancing their appearance and extending storage life. However, the machine cannot coat laser printer paper, but the company is developing a new machine for this purpose. The 330mm Wide UV Coating Machine Laminator is a desktop machine used for extrusion coating and lamination of thermoplastic polymer materials. Extrusion coating is a method in which a thin layer of polymer is coated onto a moving substrate, while extrusion lamination is the use of polymer as glue to join substrates. The machine uses a chemical liquid film to evenly apply UV coating liquid to photos, which becomes waterproof, damp-proof, anti-aging, anti-ultraviolet, strongly adhesive, hand wearing and anti-scrapping after the protect film is dried by UV light. This machine is particularly suitable for photo studios due to bulk laminating and is more cost-effective, transparent and durable compared to traditional cold and hot laminating techniques. This machine is widely used in digital imaging, studios, color photocopying laser printing, graphic output, digital printing and other industries. The machine is convenient, safe, cheap and energy-saving, with less UV harm and a unique convey chain to prevent harm to the laminating surface. The machine has low laminating cost, only 1/10 of cold laminating, compact covering with no air bubbles, works cleanly, does not require much maintenance, and has an easy changing UV tube and other parts.
