 You are looking at a multi-octave, high power, mismatch tolerant, dual precision RF directional coupler. It is specified over the 15KHz - 1500MHz frequency range, with flat -40dB coupling on both ports and better than 25dB directivity. These are outstanding specs, especially in the light of the very high power capability of this unit. Insertion loss from input to output is less than a dB, it can withstand 200W of RF thru it. Built to last, uses high quality N-type and BNC rugged connectors.  You will be able to accurately (0.5dB) measure and characterize your equipment, amplifiers, antennas, etc. over a very wide frequency range, from audio to microwave !  For example, if you measure 1mW of RF on the FWD port, it means you have 10W passing thru the coupler (1mW X 40dB =10W) Tested working great - perfect addition for your network analysis needs or your EMC EMI RFI test setup.     Shipping worldwide is $15.
