It shows minimal usage marks and is cosmetically in-tact. The outer casing is clean. It has a few small scratches on the mounting plate area, but is in good cosmetic shape. Expect a nice, pre-owned item when you receive it. Operational Condition: This device is working properly. The locks are in good shape, main bezel is turning properly. Glass is in-tact on all ends. View thru the unit is clear This has not been used by us for any extended period of time, as we are solely resellers.
