Winco ALXP-1826P, 18x26-Inch Full-Size 18-Gauge Aluminum Perforated Sheet Pan, NSF, is ideal for baking any kinds of food like pizzas, breads and much more. These full size perforated baking sheets stack and wash easily and fit into most commercial ovens for high volume cooking and baking. It has perforated holes for efficient baking. The perforated sheet is made of aluminum so it is very solid and it will last you for years. The size of the perforated sheet is 18x26 inches. It is also rust resistant. Moreover the sheet is NSF approved. The Winco baking sheet pan contains perforations to permit drainage of grease and other liquids and for ventilation of baked goods. They are NSF approved and a must-have in any food service operation.
