The Winco MMPO-1510 Platter (Dozen) is a durable and dishwasher safe oval platter with a narrow rim. Made of melamine, it can withstand heat up to 212F/100C, but is not suitable for use in microwaves or ovens. It comes in tan and is NSF certified. With one dozen per inner case and two dozen per master case, it is ideal for catering and buffets.
