The Winco MS2K-10D Strainer is a brand new product that features a 10-1/2" long, double fine mesh, flat wooden handle. This kitchen equipment is perfect for both commercial and personal use. Why choose us? We offer product support, fast shipping, a huge selection, and low prices. Contact our sales support team from Mon-Thu 9am-5pm or Fri 9am-2pm at 1-877-863-3630. We accept various forms of payment, including PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover. As for sales tax, it applies only to NY state customers and will be 8.375%. We ship to the 48 contiguous United States only, with estimated delivery times varying depending on the shipment method. Freight shipments require a $95 fee if they require a lift gate or if they are delivered to a residential address. To avoid delays, provide a business name, contact number, and commercially zoned delivery address at the time of purchase. If you purchase an item and want to exchange it for a different product for any reason, contact us within 30 days from the original date of purchase. If the returned item is brand new and still factory sealed, we will issue a store credit for the full price of the item, minus the outgoing shipping costs that were paid to get the original item to you. If the item comes back to us in used or open box condition, there will be a 10% processing fee deducted from the issued store credit. In case of damaged items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and a prepaid packing slip. Please mark the box clearly with this number and include a copy of the invoice you received along with the item you are returning. We are committed to making your online shopping experience pleasurable. That's why we offer a customer-friendly return policy where we accept returns on all unused items that are still in their original packaging. Exceptions are custom items and equipment with optional accessories. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs and up to a 25% restocking fee on all items. Walk-ins are subject to a 35% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping.
