This WINEBCO reactor bears S/N: 00424. Rated at 3000 liter. Empty weight is 2000#. Diameter = 6'. Height = 8'. Pressure = 2.5 to -15psi. Design S.G. = 1.3. Material = SA 240t316L. This all S/S reactor has a straight wall Meuller dimple jacket 48" high. The straight wall is 5'. It has 12" domes on both top and bottom. Jacket is rated at 45 psi at 300^F down to -20^F. Jacket S/N; 4453160. Year is 2000. tank was designed for a top mounted agitator and for air agitation from horizontally positioned S/S pipe in the bottom of the tank. Top center opening is a 1 1/4" thick 8-hole flange for holding a heavy duty agitator. Opening diameter is 9". Also on top is a hinged 18" pressure holding gasketed manway. Also on top are two 3.25" flanged opening and two 1" flanged openings. Top side has 2" flanged opening. Just above the bottom dish are multiple openings for drawing off sample, temperature probes and air agitation and sight glass. Bottom side as 18" dia. manway. Bottom outlet is 2.5" flanged. S/S legs are 4.5" pipe stabilized by 3" square tubing. Top manway lid hinge is bent. Agitator is not included. Tank is offered in good condition subject to above description. FOB: NW AR. Batchmaster Ref # 52377. Note: We have an agitator which will accurately mount on this reactor. Search our eBay store for Chemineer Agitator Mdl: 16TNC-5. The agitator's S/N: 5323891. The agitator needs a 5HP 1800 RPM motor. Output rpm is 155. Shaft dia is 2". length is 72" below the 8-bolt 1.25" flange for tank attachment. Note: This is a larger item requiring a forklift to load. The seller will not arrange the shipping of this unit. Seller recommends buyer make arrangements with a freight company of buyer's choosing to haul this equipment on a flat bed truck. If buyer wants to use a box van, such as Freightquote.com sends in, the freight carrier will require that the item be skidded or crated. After the buyer purchases and pays for the unit, the seller can get you a skidding/crating quote.
