This cheesemelter is fitted with 2 heavy-duty pre-mix atmospheric infrared burners that melt cheese quickly and evenly. The CMJ48 is equipped with an adjustable chrome plated grid rack that can be raised or lowered to speed up or slow down the rate of cheese melt. This cheesemelter is finished in stainless steel for added protection against damage and corrosion.
