You are considering a Wolf brand "Rag Cutter", fabric slitter.  This item is used, but is in fair overall condition. The body and other bare metal parts have some lite surface rust starting to form on them. This item has been tested here and is in working condition.  The toggle switch mounted to the motor's conduit box has a broken handle. The switch works, it's just real hard to turn on or off. The switch could be replaced easily, or just leave it in the on position and simply plug or unplug the machine to control the power. It also appears that the machine had belt guards at one time that have been removed.  It should be easy to fabricate some new ones from plastic or metal sheeting if needed. Machine is being sold "AS IS". This machine has a 4" diameter blade installed on it. It will handle up to a 5" blade.  There is a sharpener mounted to the machine for dressing the blade during operation. Machine is mounted on a stand.
