The illuminator comes on and the image displayed on both the VGA output connector and through the USB connection is very clear. The Windows software was used to control the camera and autofocus and illuminator on/off controls worked fine. No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
