Cook neapolitan Pizzas, whole turkey, veggies, home bread and more.                                This Artisan wood fired oven, is hand made brick by brick made in the United States. Each brick is individually cut into 4 different angles which creates a brick joint space no bigger than 1/8 ” on the front and the back of each brick, resulting in an extremely strong dome incomparable to others.  The dome and hearth is constructed using the best heavy density refractory brick, and covered with one 1” of castable refractory concrete mixed with steel fiber to increase its’ structure and thermal mass which will allow this oven to remain hot for a long period of time. - The dome is 3 1/4 ” thick and covered with 3” of fiber blanket insulation. - The hearth is 2 1/2 ” thick set  on a ceramic board insulation. - This oven is perfect for cooking pizza due to it low dome. - Oven will heat up to 900 degree F within 1 1/2 hrs. Oven size:                                                        Oven exterior diameter  34 1/2 ” X 36 1/2 ”. Exterior height 15 3/4 ””. Interior height 12 1/2 . Inner diameter 28” x 31”. Door 18” w x 9 1/2 ” h. The oven includes: Oven core. 3” Ceramic blanket insulation for the dome. 2” Ceramic board insulation for the floor. Steel or stainless steel door with thermometer. Stainless steel chimney. Metal base. Stucco finish.( color of your choice ). Tile finish (optional). Metal stand not included. The oven will be shipped in a crate within a week anywhere in the united states.
