Trimming or cutting the veneer is easy with a razor knife or scissors. You can apply the product using contact cement or Peel and Stick adhesive for easier application. For finishing, we suggest consulting the internet. For paper-backed veneers, the industry standard thickness is 1/40" while for wood-backed veneers it is 1/25". Raw plain veneer with no backing may range from 1/32"-1/42" in thickness. Please take note that all raw veneers may have slight rips at the end. Our products come unsanded, but we offer sanding upon inquiry. All measurements are in inches and we combine shipping for multiple auctions. Expect some splits at the end of raw veneer. Our 10mil paper glue backer product has one side that comes with a glue substance that we apply using heat. The other side features paper where you can apply bonding agent of your choice. You can check on the internet for the best solution for this. For raw veneer, we recommend Peel and Stick adhesive. However, it may not work the same for you. Feel free to ask us any questions. This lot features Wood Veneer Walnut 24x98 2pcs with a total thickness of 10mil that comes with a paper-backing. The code "EXOTIC" BRP 36 refers to our inventory and the size is measured in inches. We offer other sizes and backed veneers too. If you need sanding and final inspection, we can provide it for a small fee.
