Woodmaster 18" Planer W-718:  While best known as a planer this machine also makes Molding, acts as a Drum Sander, and preforms gang Sawing (Ripping) all while using power feed to move the boards through the machine.  This machine was built from the ground up to function as a production tool and money making machine for people that want to start their own woodworking business. There is a lot of info on the manufacturers web site.  I was not trying to start a business but bought this machine for its versatility and to do certain jobs during remodeling. In the end, I did not end up using the tool for anything except light planing. I can say, this is a great machine, I had no issues with it. You are best to use it with a dust collector as it moves a lot of wood.
