The Le Peppe is the only portable pizza oven with a down draft air system that can use wood chunks, charcoal, lump coal, and wood pellets so you can always be prepared to fire up the oven. Simply fill the basket with your fuel choice and fire up the oven - there is even a chute for you to feed more fuel as the oven burns. Le Peppe reaches around 600 degrees for cooking and can get as hot as 900 degrees. This also includes a peel for handling your pizza.
