This is a waveguide to coax adapter, M Wave Design Corporation PN 42SA1204.  It works from 18.0 to 26.5 GHz and has an SMA female connector.  It’s made by M-Wave.  Data on this part is available on M Wave Design Corporation’s website. Good condition.  Guaranteed functional.  Shows some wear from use and storage.  Part of coaxial connector has some red varnish from prior use. If you need one of these adapters, this could be a good deal for you.
