This is a manual lift with a foot pump to raise it which makes it really easy to raise it without making your arm sore and tired like all the other manual lifts. The lift raises 1" 1/2 inches per pump. This lift is mobile and can go over just about any terrain and fit thru most standard doorways. It has Heavy duty Rubber wheels that are still in great shape and has plenty of wear left on them. It is hydraulic and made out of sturdy steel so it is very dependable. It has a brake pedal and a release pedal for the brake. The stabelizer arms can be moved in and out with ease by pulling up a knob and using the arms to spred them without a struggle or physical exertion, and the lift arm can be slowly lowered by the simple push of the red bar. The lift has a 330 lb max lift and a scale to make sure that patients do not go over appropriate weight limit. The scale alone is a 1,100 dollar up grade on most lifts. I am also including 2 slings with this lift (Med, Large). This item weighs 120 lbs and will require freight shipping.
