Horizontal motion conveyors provide the utmost in smooth, quiet, non-degrading transport of products Has a catalog price of over $27,000.00 but we are offering this unit at a fraction of that. The conveyor was a standard/typical type used for packaging distribution and process systems for food,chemical,pharmaceutical,tobacco,candy and other products. This machine was built by us for our internal use at trade shows, in house shows, or for use in our lab or plant for testing customers products. Has never been installed in a production line and is in very good condition with relatively little use. Specs of conveyor below: Drive Motor- Reliance 1/2 HP, 208-230/460 VAC, 60Hz, 3PH Mac Valve - P/N 421A-BOA-DM-DJAJ-1KD (Controls photo sensors) w/ DM-DJAJ-1KD Potter & Brumfield CNS-35-72 Programmable Time Delay (For Reverse motion change) Numatics Air Valve P/N 081SS600K , 120 VAC, 50/60 Hz (Controls Phase Shift Reversing mechanism in drive unit) (2) Turck P/N WKB-3T-12  IN/S90 Photo Sensors (Sense product an infeed and discharge of pan) All the controls hardware fit inside base of conveyor and are out for picture purposes.    This conveyor has only been shown and run at Food Expo shows and in our lab.
