PLAIN BLACK NYLON, 1" wide and seals with DOUBLE BLACKED OUT SNAPS. This functions just like a regular keeper, and in fact can match and replace one of yours on the belt. It is made to fit up to 2.25" Police belt. BUT - this one has a HIDDEN HANDCUFF KEY for emergencies. Take off the keeper and use the hidden key to open a set of cuffs as shown.
