This engraver is about 15 years old and it works fine for simple engraving projects like nameplates.  The only problem is you need an old computer with Windows 95 or 98 to run it.  My old windows 98 computer broke down and I decided it wasn't worth it to try and replace.  I have a laser engraver at my trophy shop and I use it for all my engraving.  I have spoken to Xenetech and they can refurbish the unit with new connections and software, but it would cost about $3,000.00.  They told they would make it perform like new and this might be a great way to get a rotary engraver.  A new unit costs upwards of $10,000.  Email me if you have any questions.  It weighs probably over 35 lbs. and I'm not sure how this would need to be shipped.
