Service and repair faulty Xprog-M programmer, reflashing for ver. 5.5.1 There are many reasons why you could have a faulty Xprog-M programmer . Here are the most common symptoms of a bad unit    : stop working for no reason Loss of communication between the PC and the Software any other faulty function We can save you the time and money by testing and bring back to life your unit. If your programmer has worked on firmware version 5.0 or higher and lost its communication with PC, then after our repair your programmer would work on firmware ver 5.5.0 with desibled counter. Diagnostic procedure is for free - only shipping is to be covered by customer. If unable to  repair no fee will be charged! Prior to shipping your programmer to us we would prefer notice of the arrival.  Units are best sent in a padded jiffy bag or box with bubble-wrap protection whilst in transit.
