The customer is responsible for verifying compatibility for ALL items. Payment, Sales Tax & Fees Notice We only accept PayPal and major credit cards for most domestic transactions. International buyers must use PayPal. Your billing address must match your address on file at your bank Payment needs to be received within 48 hours after auction closes. Return Policy To be eligible for return, the products must be in same condition as when shipped to the customer including all of the manuals, diskettes, power cords, software and other items shipped with the products. Unless the product is defective (as reasonably determined by Eco-Computers) or the return is a direct result of a Eco-Computers error, Eco-Computers may charge a restocking fee up to 10% of the purchased price paid and buyer/bidder will be responsible for all shipping fees incurred by Eco-Computers. Ebay Money Back Guarantee - in the event a case is opened for item not as described and the item is returned to Eco-computer. Eco-computer will evaluate the return product. Should Eco-Computer determine that the return items is (1) as-described within the listing (2) intentionally damaged by buyer/bidder or (3) not in its original condition; Buyer/Bidder agrees to pay Eco-computers for all shipping costs associated with the transaction, cost of the item (if not in original condition or damaged by buyer) and a 10% restocking fee. These amounts will be due and payable directly to seller regardless of Previous Refund; eBay, PayPal or Credit Card Company decision. These amount will be due within 30 days of notification to the buyer/bidder. This Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania without regard to or application of any conflict of laws provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in Westmoreland County, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This Terms and Conditions is personal to you and may not be transferred, assigned or delegated to anyone. Any attempt by you to assign, transfer or delegate this Terms and Conditions shall be null and void. Eco-Computers may freely assign this Terms and Conditions without consent or notice.
