SHIPPING WE WILL SHIP MACHINE ANYWHERE AT PREVAILING RATES It is the buyers responsibility to offload items, when we schedule trucks/freight carriers we do not schedule them with lift gates nor do we ship machinery to residence. If you require life gates or residential delivery, this must be arranged ahead of time as additional costs are associated. You must also include a contact telephone number in the notes for our freight carriers. If you do not provide telephone number, freight can not be schedule until this information is received.  We do our best to ensure that machinery is prepared well enough to protect it for transit however we are not present when machine is being moved to you therefor we cannot guarantee that it will arrive without any damage. If this occurs you must photograph damage, document on the BOL and report it to us so we may file a claim. If however you elect to send your own truck our responsibility ends when it's loaded. Claims filed for damage goods are subject to the carriers discretion for acceptance, this process may take up to 120 days and is not a Guarantee. We do not re-reimburse for damages as a result of transport companies mishandling , we do not take machines back that we're damaged during transport or otherwise, all machinery is sold as is where is unless otherwise stated.
