This injection molding robot is designed for sprue-removal. It was given to our high school robotics team as a learning aid, but because of the value, we've decided it's probably more useful to sell. The three cylinders on it all move acceptably, I think they're in good shape. I have not powered it up with air. It does not have a controller, as i believe the control is supposed to come from injection molding machine's PLC. I don't see any damage or anything on it that would make me think it's not usable, but I'm providing quite a few pictures. We're selling as-is with no guaranty. I understand from the molder that it was purchased for a specific mold and he doesn't make that part anymore. It has three cylinders and valves for all of them. The 'reach' cylinder is about 40", while the in-on ("kick") cylinder can be placed anywhere along a 41" rail, but moves about 8-10". The third cylinder rotates the top, about 50-90 degrees. If you need to learn more about it, don't be shy to ask me and I can provide additional photos on request. Although I've worked in injection molding, I have not used this particular robot so in some cases, Google my have may have better answers than me. We'll put it on a pallet at a dock-facility but we won't pay for shipping. You'll arrange that with your carrier and your account. If you would prefer for my robotics team to pay for shipping, we could get a quote and add that to the price, but I expect it would be a better deal for you to pay yourself. I don't have the weight on this today, but will provide it for you when you buy or sooner. One man can carry it so I expect it's under 100 lbs. If this is a problem, contact me.
