Company Description: Sidney Resources Corp. was formed in 1896 and incorporated in Idaho on June 10,1910 as Sidney Mining Company. The purpose of the company was to develop and mine mineral properties in Idaho State. In the past the company mined and process zinc ore and related minerals in the Yreka Mining District in Shoshone County, Idaho. On March 4, 2003, the company merged with it's wholly-owned subsidiary Sidney Resources Corporation. The Company then changed its name to Sidney Resources Corporation. Sidney Resources Corporation is an development and production stage mining company focusing on the mining and milling of precious metals. All surface operations are on private property with mineral rights or patented, deeded federally issued mining claims. This procedure eliminates the need for any federal or state operating permits. .
