Customers may return new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be new or unused with original packaging and all instructional materials included in the shipment. After 30 days of delivery, a partial refund may be issued. Returned merchandise that is either opened and/or used may be issued a partial refund.
