It is easy to connect, as it includes a plug-in 115v. To set up this electric fence charger, connect the left terminal to a bare 10-18 gauge fence wire, and then connect the right terminal to one or more metal rods that are driven into the ground. All that is left is to plug it in, turn it on, and it's ready to go! Please note that the fence wire and grounding rod(s) are NOT included in the package.
