Please READ THIS!! I try to describe everything as best as I can. I take pictures of my items and try to get everything in the pictures as best as I can. I am not perfect but it is not my responsibility if YOU ASSUME you are getting something not in the pictures. The Package got moisture in it from sitting in the garage, that is why it is out of the package. The paper packaging as well as the book are rough. If you want the horrible looking package I will send it. The cord has a little paper residue on it, and so does the end of the plug where you plug it in. I did plug it in and it powered up right away. I live it town and have no way to test this, and have no use for it. so I am selling it untested and AS-IS. But like I said it was in the package and shows no wear to the actual unit. And it does power up just fine. I will also include the book, even if you dont want the package. i think you will be able to read most of the pages. .
