Upon inspection I noticed that item has normal use wear such as scuffs/scratches (see picutres). The buttons are in good condition. Thermal print head is there and all connections are in good condition. I was unable to power up the item. Once powered up the display showed "Error C". Due to lack of equipment I was unable to test any further.
