This is a used but nice Carl Zeiss phase contrast alignment telescope for the objective phase contrast ring and condenser annuli or a Bertrand Lens for observing interference images in pol microscopy. The lens fits all 23mm eyepieces tubes. The telescope focuses on the rear focal plane of the objective lens and therefore is also of great help in optical alignment and illumination alignment. There are a few very minor nicks on the bottom lens of the telescope but they have no affect on the alignment or visual image seen as they are not in a focal plane. Highly recommended for all microscope users.
