Powers up to the screen as you can see. You will get what you see in pictures. No other parts or cables are included. Batteries are old and not guaranteed. I have no way to fully test this instrument. Please look at the pics for details. Sold as is not fully tested in a pictured described condition. Free S/H to lower 48 states only.
