The battery is brand new, and this system is ready to use. Guaranteed not to arrive DOA. This tourniquet system has an internal pump that uses ambient air, thus it does not require external compressor or nitrogen tanks. Microprocessor controls provide accuracy and speed. Compact, lightweight and easy to use, cuff pressure can be adjusted from 50 mmhg to 475 mmhg. Sale includes Zimmer ATS 750 Tourniquet Console, Delphi Dual Control Valve, New Zimmer Tubing, Operator & Service Manual, 2 New (expired/single use) 24" Test Cuffs, and a 12' Hospital Grade power cord. The Dual control valve was manfactured by Delphi specifically for this machine so it can be used with two cuffs simutaneously. There is a switch on the control valve for A, B or Both with a pause setting. The internal battery is brand new. The Delphi Dual Control Valve is working properly. The tubing is like new. I used 2 single bladder cuffs for testing. This system functions exactly as it should on A/C power and battery. Very easy to operate. The hospital grade power cord is good. The 2 cuffs included are single patient use and theyare expire, but still excellent for set up, testing and veterinary use. Test Results I installed a new battery and cleaned the internals of this unit. I plugged the unit in and powered it up. The system immediately began its self diagnostics and passed successfully in under a minute. I connected the Delphi Dual Control Valve to the Zimmer ATSD750 unit and hooked up 2 Test Cuffs. I then set the pressure the highest setting, which is 475mmHg. The system inflated both cuffs and held correct pressure for 15 minutes [see photos]. No further testing has been performed.
