We acquired these units from the U.S. Military and they do not appear to have ever been used. They may be some writing on the outer yellow case and some of the cartridge boxes are dented but otherwise everything is as new. The "Quick Start Guide" as pictured is not included and is only for reference. As we have more than one available the S/N may vary from that pictured but all are in the same condition. They were last bio-med tested in 2011. It is used for rapid delivery of Crystalloid / Colloid IV fluids.
