THis item is in good overall cosmetic condition with a few small marks from handling. Please refer to the pictures provided below for more details on the condition of the item. We were able to power this machine with no problems using the included 115VAC adapter. The machine came on and instructed us to attach paddles. The screen was clear and bright and the on board speaker was working correctly. There were no errors when the machine powered on and it seems to be in good working condition. There are no defibrillator pads included in this sale. We are unable to test this unit further. This item was purchased from surplus. We see no outward reason that it will not function fully. However, given that the we cannot fully test it, this device will be sold as-is. We guarantee this device to only perform as we have described. We will not accept returns for this auction if it does not work to your satisfaction. By bidding on this auction, you are taking the risk that the item may not work. Only those items shown in the photos will be included in the auction.
