Shipping Orders will be shipped the same day if ordered before 3:00 PM EST from zip code 21060, Glen Burnie MD. After 3:00pm most orders will most likely go out the following morning, however I still do my best to get orders out up till 5pm EST, just no guarantees. Orders will ship via USPS priority Mail or USPS 1st Class mail if under 13 onces. Heavy items may go out Fedex Ground/UPS ground service depending on location. Note, if an item is returned more damaged that when it was sent out and I will know (detailed pictures of serial numbers, CPU sockets, and other fragile items are taken before items are shipped), a full refund will not be possible as item would be valued as scrap and would have limited value upon return –unless the damage was caused by the shipping company in which case would have to go through shipping insurance if practical. For returns of item that are deemed NOT defective a 15% restocking fee applies. Shipping costs will not not be refunded in these circumstances.
