Up for sale is a complete hoist kit that I use on all my 2.5 and 5 ton cargo truck beds. These are very simple and easy to install without major modifications. The hoist will dump 10,000lbs with no problem in a M35 2.5 ton, that is about as much as you want to haul in a stock bed, or 15,000lbs in a M809 series 5 ton bed.
